Troubleshooting High Speed Internet


Issue: The light on the modem keeps flashing.
Solution: Verify that the Ethernet cable is connected to both the modem and your computer.

Issue: The cable light on the modem keeps flashing.

Solution: Verify all cable connections.  Reset your modem by powering off your modem, computer, and anything else that may be connected.  Wait 30 seconds, power the equipment back on- one at a time starting with the modem & ending with the computer.  If the problem persists contact us.

Issue: I cannot get online.
Solution: Verify all cable connections and confirm that your browser is configured correctly.

Issue: I can connect to the Internet, but it doesn’t seem to be working as fast as usual.
